Diana Chen practices in the areas of business, real estate, and tax law. Ms. Chen graduated from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in 2006 and obtained an LL.M. in Taxation from Northwestern University School of Law in 2009. Ms. Chen is a member of the taxation sections of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association, and is a member of the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area.
