Lynda Kahane practices in the areas of estate planning, trust administration and probate law. Ms. Kahane graduated from Whittier College School of Law, obtaining her J.D. cum laude in 1982. Ms. Kahane has lectured on various estate planning topics for continuing education programs. Ms. Kahane served as a founding member of the Elder Problems Committee for the Sonoma County Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Section and represented the Committee in speaking to numerous seniors' groups in Sonoma County. Ms. Kahane also served as a participant on the Probate Panel for the Los Angeles Superior Court (1988-1993). Ms. Kahane is a member of the Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Sections of the State Bar of California.
